Menu Monday

Monica had a really nice post typed up this morning, but silly me, somehow, deleted the entire thing.  *sigh*  My day is not starting out so good.  O'well.  I am just happy to have my sister back in the blogging world.  She just got back to Missouri.  She spent the entire time with her sweet Mother in law.  If you knew how her Mother in law cooked, you would want to stay there for an entire week too!  YUM!  She did say she loved it, but is excited to get back in her own kitchen to cook. 

Anyhoo...onto another Menu Monday.  It's Fair week here, and i'm excited...to get it over with!  :o)  So first is Monica's menu and then mine.

Homemade Pizza, Gonna make a Chicken Bacon Ranch one this time.

RODEO night...woohooo!  Gotta love the burgers and fries at the rodeo.  :o)

Bean and Cheese Quesadillas
